If you have been injured
by medical care, you need help. We are dedicated to helping people with
medical negligence cases. Unfortunately, many doctors and hospitals will
not let you have a copy of your own medical records. We are able to get
your medical records. Then we review the records. We can translate the
records from technical medical terms to easily understood words. If it
appears that a medical review would be appropriate, we can obtain that
for you. In fact, if we are to go forward with a medical negligence case
for you, we are required to obtain an opinion from an appropriately qualified
health care provider concluding negligence.
We
can organize the review. Through an "Of Counsel" relationship
with Faison & Gillespie, we have a staff of medical professionals
to help advance your case. They are available to review your medical records,
to help evaluate your case and to help find outside experts to review
your case. We have a doctor and a pharmacist along with two nurse consultants.

We would like
for you to meet our Medical Staff:
