Our Caller Information Team will find out what has happened, when it happened, who did it, and the extent of the injury. They will provide all of this information to us in an organized fashion so that we can begin the process of assessing your case. Our Information Team realizes that you have been through a difficult time. They will try to help you work through the information we will need.

J. Michael Luther is our Claims Manager. He attended Edinboro University in Pennsylvania. He has more than sixteen years experience in assessing and evaluating medical malpractice claims. He is from New Florence, Pennsylvania and lives in Cary.
Betsy R. Nichols is our caller Information Team Leader. She attended Wesleyan College and has been gathering information for medical cases for three years. She will gladly talk with you about your case. She is from Durham and lives in Hillsborough.
Brenda Smith is a Caller Information Team Member. She attended Wilson Technical College where she majored in Office Systems Technology. Prior to joining the firm in 2002 she worked as a legal secretary for 7 years. She is from Wilson and now resides in Carrboro.
Suzanne Wolf is the Executive Assistant to the Claims Manager. She attended George Williams College and received a B.A. in Social Sciences with a concentration in Management Studies. Suzanne joined the Firm in October 2002. She is originally from Indiana and now resides in Chapel Hill.
